Every item sold by Christian Scott is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have bought please return them to us within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund minus shipping, providing the goods are delivered in `as new` condition.
Any item delivered to you with a different size or colour to the one you ordered can be exchange with no extra charge. If the relevant stocks do not remain under this circumstance you will be offered the chance to exchange the item to another one of your choosing or ask for a full refund.
Should you order the wrong size unintentionally, we shall exchange the item providing we receive the item within 14 days of delivery, in new condition and providing we have the size you require in stock. However, you may be liable for the extra cost of delivery.
In the highly unlikely event of being sent faulty goods please return the goods to the above address with a description of any faults. Where goods have been returned faulty within 14 days after we have dispatched it to you we will provide a full refund including the cost of postage.
