Christian Scott of Scotland is one of Scotland premium cashmere brands. We have been selling quality cashmere over the internet since 1998 to customers throughout the world, though mainly to customers in the United States, United Kingdom and mainland Europe.
The company aims to provide its national and international customers a bridge between traditional Scottish quality and contemporary knitwear design. Founded by the daughter of one of Scotland`s most respected textile manufacturers, Christian Scott has experience in providing quality cashmere and wool related sweaters and accessories for over 15 years.
Although Christian Scott of Scotland is a truly Scottish company with its textile mill roots, we recognise that the image of Scotland and the Scottish people portrayed for touristic reasons, is often a misguided representation of the real Scot today. Forget not that the UK`s most important woollen mills design and manufacture cloth and yarn right here in Scotland for the world`s premier fashion houses and clothing brands!
The contemporary Scot, although very much a patriotic individual, never far from his/her Scottish roots, is also a creative and cosmopolitan European, blending the finest of both European trends with Scottish materials and Scottish culture. Christian Scott of Scotland is therefore a favourite for both UK nationals as well as overseas customers who all appreciate the wearable, natural, luxurious and quintessentially Scottish style that extends through our product range.
Our luxurious Scottish cashmere and woollen goods are Made in Scotland, from local manufacturers with several generations of experience in the spinning and weaving trade. We have beautiful 100% Scottish Cashmere sweaters for ladies and gentlemen from single to 6ply cashmere, and a wide range of cashmere accessories to match. We also have a wide range of wool and aran sweaters, outdoor goods including quality duffels and childrens wear.
Our success lies in providing our customers with exceptional quality in both products and service. Indeed, the majority of customers who buy from us do so not necessarily for our brand status, but for what our company stands for -providing products of genuine quality at affordable prices. For these reasons we have become a firm favourite for many loyal national and international customers. Thanks to the internet we are now able to show the world what we stand for, and since we first went online in 1998 we have extended our customer range throughout the world, with North America proving to be our most successful export market so far.
